In the event that an item is received damaged or faulty, it is important to notify us within 14 days of receipt. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but instead provide replacements for damaged or faulty items.

It is essential to mention that if a customer refuses delivery of the order, they will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For items that become faulty within 1 year  or 2 years for the wired buzzers  from the date of purchase, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you once the faulty item is received. We strive to process replacements promptly, and you can expect to receive your replacement within 10-14 business days.
