Refund policy.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect.

If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and a replacement will be shipped, we do not offer refunds we offer replacements if damaged or the item has a fault. If a customer refuses delivery of the order  the customer will not be able to receive a refund.

If an item becomes faulty within 1 year a new item will be shipped after the faulty item is received. You will receive your replacement in 10-14 business days.

All buzzers and clickers are shipped from Thailand or Hong Kong. Faulty returns can be shipped to the UK, Thailand or Hong Kong
